Our story
InWork Global is the bridge.
InWork Global was born from a simple but powerful observation: US businesses need enterprise-grade technology and marketing expertise — but the cost of accessing that expertise the traditional way is prohibitive for most.
At the same time, Nature Technologies — our parent engineering company — had spent 20 years building deep technical expertise in Kolkata, India. World-class engineers, rigorous delivery practices, and a culture of ownership and urgency that most offshore firms simply do not have.
US strategy, US client management, and US accountability meet India engineering, India delivery velocity, and India cost advantage. The result is enterprise-grade outcomes at 20–60% less than a typical enterprise build.
