Ranendra Dutta
Founder & CTO · AI Systems Visionary
Sets the technical north star and the AI-first culture behind it.
Ranendra is the founder who turned two decades of engineering discipline into an AI-first operating company. As CTO he owns the technical north star — the architecture standards, the AI-first workflow, and the accountability chain that puts a US-grade sign-off on every line of code. His engineering career spans work on projects for organizations including NASA, Microsoft, and Raymarine, and CTO roles at multiple US companies and technology startups — and he has been building custom language models since 2018, well before the current wave. He built InWork around a simple conviction: that elite engineering and modern AI, run with integrity and urgency, can deliver enterprise outcomes without enterprise waste. Equal parts systems thinker and culture-keeper, he is as comfortable in a model-architecture review as he is coaching a new hire on why we tell clients bad news first.
Nibedita Dutta

Nibedita is the connective tissue between vision and execution. She makes sure the strategy set at the top actually reaches the teams doing the work — and that what the teams learn flows back up. Before joining Nature Technologies Pvt Ltd and InWork Global, she built her operations and delivery experience at global enterprises including HSBC and IBM. Operating across both continents, she aligns people, priorities, and process so growth never outruns quality. Colleagues describe her as calm under pressure and allergic to ambiguity: she turns fuzzy goals into owners, dates, and clear next steps. Her quiet superpower is culture — protecting the standards that make InWork feel like one company, not two offices, and making sure people are supported as hard as deadlines are.

Debanjan runs the engine room. As General Manager he owns the operational backbone — capacity, coordination, and the dozens of moving parts that have to click for a project to ship on time. He is the person who spots a bottleneck three weeks before it becomes a missed date and quietly clears it. Pragmatic and unflappable, he translates ambitious roadmaps into staffed, sequenced, achievable plans, then keeps everyone honest against them. His teams trust him because he removes obstacles instead of adding meetings. When delivery feels effortless to a client, it's usually because Debanjan made the hard parts look easy behind the scenes.

Keeps support responsive and the back office running like clockwork.
Partha keeps the day-to-day humming. As General Manager for Tech Support and Admin, he owns the support function clients lean on and the administrative backbone the team depends on — from responsive issue resolution to the facilities, vendors, and operational logistics that let engineers focus on engineering. He is the person who makes sure a question gets answered, a system gets unblocked, and the office simply works, every day. Calm, organized, and service-minded, he treats every support request as a promise to keep and every administrative detail as one less thing for anyone else to worry about. When delivery runs smoothly, it's partly because Partha quietly removed the friction before anyone noticed it.

Mehendi keeps InWork human. As head of people she owns the full arc of the team's experience — finding sharp, kind, ambitious people, welcoming them with real onboarding, and building a culture where they can do the best work of their careers. She guards the standards that make us one company across two continents: respect over politics, growth over burnout, and a workplace that's safe, fair, and genuinely supportive. From thoughtful hiring to continuous development and a fully constituted Internal Complaints Committee, she makes 'people first, always' more than a slogan. Talent is our entire product, and Mehendi is its champion.

Debashish is the reason 'done' actually means done. He owns delivery, process, and quality assurance — the disciplined machinery that turns good intentions into dependable outcomes. Every release passes through standards he's built: clear plans before code, structured checkpoints during, and a QA sign-off that no deadline can override. He designs process that enables speed rather than smothering it, cutting the friction that slows good teams while keeping the guardrails that protect clients. Detail-obsessed but never bureaucratic, he treats every defect caught before launch as a promise kept. When a client says the work just worked, Debashish's fingerprints are all over it.

Indranil is InWork's quiet guardian. He owns the IT backbone and the information-security posture that lets US clients hand us sensitive systems and sleep at night. From access controls and SOC2-aligned practices to the boring-but-vital work of patching, monitoring, and incident readiness, he treats security as a daily discipline rather than a checkbox. He thinks like an attacker so our clients never have to, building defense-in-depth into the way we work instead of bolting it on afterward. Calm in a crisis and relentless about hygiene, he makes sure the infrastructure everyone depends on simply stays up, stays fast, and stays trustworthy.

Rupanjan designs the brains behind our builds. As Principal AI Architect he turns the hype of generative AI into systems that are accurate, safe, and genuinely useful — RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, document intelligence, and voice AI that survive contact with real users and real data. He obsesses over the unglamorous parts that separate a demo from a product: evaluation, guardrails, latency, and cost. Fluent in the frontier and skeptical of magic, he chooses the right model for the job rather than the loudest one. His work is why InWork's AI doesn't just impress in a meeting — it keeps working at three in the morning.
