Trust first
We work with people we trust. Referrals and warm introductions are the foundation of how InWork grows — we don't cold-call our way into relationships and we don't expect partners to either.
Fair economics, always
Revenue share structures are negotiated deal-by-deal, not dictated. If a partner knows the client better, they price it. If InWork leads, we agree on a referral. We never begrudge a partner's margin.
AI-native alignment
Our partners share our belief that AI is the intelligence layer — not a bolt-on. The companies we partner with are building the way InWork builds.
